The fine print - Terms and Conditions for memberships:

Wash Club provides car washes in each month a membership is renewed (30 day periods), up to one wash per day depending on your package  (that's amazingly good value). ​iShine Express may from time to time send emails and text message to promote the Club and provide offers and information relevant to the iShine complex (updates, marketing and offers).   iShine Express Car Wash reserves the right to cancel, amend or change the program from time to time as it feels necessary. Membership cannot be purchased with cash or gift cards. Membership can be cancelled at any time without cost, provided the notice period is adhered to. Members must notify us through our web page or email that they wish to cancel 7 days prior to the next renewal date to avoid being renewed. No refunds or credits will be given for partial or unused periods. Members can upgrade (or downgrade) their wash packages by notifying iShine Express by email which will take effect at the next renewal date. Only the car listed on the completed form is eligible for the program and must have a Wash Pass (RFID) tag affixed to the vehicle. Damaged tags should be reported immediately - any attempt to remove the tag will destroy the tag and keep it from operating. The member may incur a $5 charge for a replacement tag. Members must notify iShine immediately of any change in vehicle ownership. By enrolling in the Wash Club program, members agree that the credit and debit card provided will be charged every 30 day period to keep the membership active until iShine has received the proper cancellation notice through our web/email system. Members agree that they waive any and all rights to withhold or delay payment of the related credit card charges whether as described in my agreement with the credit card issuers or otherwise.

Weather conditions or maintenance periods may have the carwash closed from time to time- members will NOT be elligible for any refund or compensation.
