What chemicals do you use:

We use K9000 chemicals and Waging Tails which are considered the best chemicals available.

How much does it Cost:

$10 is required to start the wash which gives you 10 minutes of wash time.
- You can extend your time once you have started using cash or tap .
You can pay via a Tap and Go credit card of use cash (these ONLY accept notes or $1 and $2 coins).

How long does it take to wash my Pet:

This varies with each animal and is difficult to give estimates.

How often are these cleaned:

Multiple times every day with a clean and disinfect.
Deep cleaning occurs multiple times ever week.
We do a flea and tick spray regularly to ensure the area remains clean.

What happens if they don't work properly:

Our iShine K9000 Dog Washes are regular maintained to ensure they work properly very day so it is now rare they have any issues.
